An apparatus for solidifying the soft ground is provided to move a leader along a guide rail in the solidification of the soft ground so that a press-fitting operation is performed at several positions in a line without the movement of a support vehicle. A plurality of support vehicles(2) are provided such that the support vehicles(2) are separated from each other by a predetermined distance. The support vehicles are connected to a horizontal guide rail. A leader(6) is installed on the guide rail such that the leader(6) horizontally moves. The guide rail is provided at the end thereof with a detachable member. The guide rail is provided at the end thereof with a position stationary such that the position of the leader is fixed. The length of the guide rail connecting two support vehicles(2) to each other is in a range of 10m to 20m.
