<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain active-ray curing type ink that has excellent curability, a low smell, does not blot and has excellent preservability and to provide an ink-jet recording method that has excellent curability even in a large amount of ink per active ray irradiation, has a low smell, does not blot and has excellent preservability. <P>SOLUTION: The active ray curing type ink comprises at least a cationic polymerizable compound and a photopolymerization initiator, contains ≥0.001 mass% and <0.05 mass% of a basic compound and has ≥0.1 mass% and <1.5 mass% water content measured by a Karl Fisher method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
