A secure communication system, comprising: a browser client device, secure key storage hardware and a network server, the browser client device comprising: a connecting module, a reading module, an identity verification module and a loading module. User certificate content stored in the secure key storage hardware is loaded when the identity of a user can be confirmed, preventing a user certificate stored in the secure key storage hardware from being leaked, and increasing the security of loading the secure key storage hardware.
