Disclosed are an insecticidal composition and a use thereof, relating to an insecticidal combination containing Bifenthrin and Indoxacarb used as active ingredients. The insecticidal composition is used for preventing or controlling animal pests found in agriculture, animal health, forests, gardens, leisure equipment, storage product protection and the health field. The insecticidal composition contains active ingredients of Bifenthrin and Indoxacarb at a weight ratio of 1:100 to 100:1. The Bifenthrin and Indoxacarb totally occupy 0.5% to 100% of the composition by weight.
