An organic light-emitting diode array substrate, a manufacturing method therefor, and a display device. The organic light-emitting diode array substrate comprises a thin film transistor and an organic light-emitting diode. The method comprises: forming an oxide semiconductor layer by means of a film forming process, and conducting a one-time composition process on the oxide semiconductor layer to form an active layer (108) of a thin film transistor and a first electrode (101) of an organic light-emitting diode; forming a first insulation layer (102) and a second insulation layer (103) sequentially on the active layer (108) and the first electrode (101) of the organic light-emitting diode, the first insulation layer (102) being a lyophilic layer, and the second insulation layer (103) being a lyophobic layer; conducting a composition process on the first insulation layer (102) and the second insulation layer (103) to form an accommodation cavity (104) exposed out of the first electrode (101); and injecting a solution containing organic light-emitting materials into the accommodation cavity (104) and drying to form an organic light-emitting material layer (201).
