<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parameter setting device that makes it easy to wholly change parameter values set for respective bands in such a case while holding the current state of the parameter values and a program for realizing a parameter setting method. <P>SOLUTION: When a user moves a cursor C to the left or right while setting the cursor C at an operation element part of a slider 75a and dragging it, operation element parts of sliders 75b and 75c of other bands also move in the same direction by a quantity corresponding to the movement quantity.
