The present invention relates to a functional bed combined with a wheelchair and a remedial handrail, comprising: a wheelchair (100) including a running unit (140) and a sitting sheet (110) supported in an upper part of the running unit (140) and capable of being reclined; and a bed frame (200) including a bedhead frame (210) and a bed support frame (220) coupled with both sides of the bedhead frame (210) to form a docking space part (230) in a bed seat forming portion. The bed support frame (220) is hinged and combined with the bedhead frame (210) to be placed with the bedhead frame on the same line, so as to be selectively used as the remedial handrail. The sitting seat (110) of the wheelchair (100) is horizontally reclined in the upper part of the running unit to be docked in the docking space part, so the bed frame (200) can be used as a bed.
