The present invention relates to a heat radiation unit for wireless charging, prepared in a wireless charging receiving apparatus to radiate the heat generated in a receiving coil. The heat radiation unit includes: a plurality of thermal conductive metal layers, wherein two or more are stacked; and an adhesion layer attaching a gap between the thermal conductive metal layers, thereby preventing the reduction of charging efficiency caused by the loss of an eddy current and improving heat radiation performance.
