PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heater controller capable of suppressing the power used in a heater, by lowering the average temperature at a plurality of temperature control points.SOLUTION: A heater controller includes a plurality of heaters for heating a plurality of temperature control objects individually, a plurality of temperature sensors for measuring the temperature of the plurality of temperature control objects individually, a temperature drop speed calculation unit 13 for calculating the temperature drop speed of the temperature control object 2 on the basis of the temperature thereof, an OFF temperature calculation unit 14 for calculating the OFF temperature on the basis of the temperature drop speed, a heater control request unit 15 for generating the ON request information for requesting the ON control of the heater, or the OFF request information for requesting the OFF control of the heater, by using the OFF temperature and the temperature of the temperature control object, and a heater switch control unit 16 for controlling a heater switch on the basis of the ON request information and OFF request information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
