PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a control parameter without giving any influence to the operation of a control processing part which is not accompanied by a change of the control parameter.SOLUTION: An operation stop control part 102 outputs stop instruction of an operation to a control processing part 123-1 or a control processing part 123-2 corresponding to a first storage part 121-1 or a first storage part 121-2 which has detected a change of a control parameter by a change detection part 101. Afterwards, a copy control part 103 copies the control parameter stored in the first storage part 121-1 or the first storage part 121-2 which has detected the change of the control parameter to a second storage part 122-1 or a second storage part 122-2 corresponding to the first storage part 121-1 or the first storage part 121-2 which has detected the change of the control parameter between the second storage part 122-1 and the second storage part 122-2. |
