The purpose of the present invention is to provide conductive particles with high conductivity. The conductive particles are formed by forming a conductive film on the surface of core material particles. The conductive film has an upper film and a bottom film which comes in contact with the surface of the core material particles. The bottom film includes nickel and phosphorus. The upper film has a crystal structure and includes nickel, phosphorus and one or more kinds of metal M. The upper film has a flat portion and a plurality of protrusion portions protruding from the flat portion and extended from the flat portion as an integrated body. The flat portion and the protrusion portion are made of the same material. |
