<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital camera in which recording media can be efficiently effectively utilized even during consecutive photographing, which is configured to load a plurality of the recording media thereon. <P>SOLUTION: The digital camera is equipped with: the recording medium A245 and the recording medium B246 on which recording image data are recorded; and a drive button 39 for setting a single photographing mode during which one time of photographing operation is performed in response to one time of manual operation, and a consecutive photographing mode during which photographing operation is continuously performed in response to one time of manual operation.
