<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balance training device aiming at the functional recovery of a feeling receptor regarding a balance feeling and the nerve system by applying a vibration stimulation of a special pattern to the footpad. <P>SOLUTION: This balance training device comprises: a foot placing table on which the feet of a user are placed; a vibration generating section which is provided on the foot placing table, and has a front side oscillator 211 and a rear side oscillator 221 which respectively apply a vibration to the front and the rear of the footpad being positioned by a footpad positioning section; and a controlling section 250 which controls the vibration being generated by the vibration generating section. The controlling section switches the vibration generating state in such a manner that the intensity relationship of the vibration stimulation being applied to the front and the rear of the footpad of the user respectively from the front side oscillator and the rear side oscillator may alternately be changed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
