摘要 A method for manufacturing a catalyst complex is provided to prevent the loss of catalysts and the reduction of efficiency due to loss, realize the uniform formation of catalyst by using carbon precursors, and have an excellent catalyst effect in comparison with nano catalyst having a metal catalyst using only carbon or non-oxide. Nano-sized silica spherical bodies are formed by mixing TEOS(tetraethyl orthosilicate) of 1-10 wt% and ammonia water of 10-20 wt% into an ethanol solution of 100 wt% and stirring the mixture. The silica spherical bodies are plasticized at a temperature of 300-600°C for 3-5 hours. Carbon precursors of 100 wt% are dissolved in carbon precursor-dissolvable solvent of 100-500 wt%. Metal catalysts of 1-10 wt% are uniformly mixed into the resultant solvent. Solid powder is prepared by mixing and stirring the silica spherical bodies of 100 wt% and the mixed solution of 50-150 wt% and vaporizing the mixed and stirred materials at a temperature of 80-100°C. The prepared solid powder is carbonized at a temperature of 600-1000°C for 5-10 hours under nitrogen surroundings. The carbonized complex is reduced.
