FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of producing polymer hollow item, wherein method includes: a) filling mold with polymer composition and polymer-stabilising amount of composition stabilisers, wherein composition stabilisers contain at least one compound based on chromane according to formula V,where Ris substitute, which can be identical or different in positions from 0 to 4 of aromatic part of formula V and independently selected from: C-C-hydrocarbyl; NR′R′′, where each substitute of R′ and R′′ is independently selected from H and C-C-hydrocarbyl; or OR, where Ris selected from: H; C-C-hydrocarbyl; COR′′′; or Si(R), where R′′′ is selected from H or C-C-hydrocarbyl; and where Ris selected from C-C-hydrocarbyl or alcoxy group; Ris selected from: H; or C-C-hydrocarbyl; Ris selected from H; or C-C-hydrocarbyl; and each substitute of R-Rare independently selected from: H; C-C-hydrocarbyl; or OR′′′′, where R′′′′ is selected from H or C-C-hydrocarbyl; and Ris H or link, which together with Rforms =O, provided that, when Ris H, stabilizer composition does not include antistatic agent consisting of ethoxylated amide and/or ethoxylated amine; b) mold rotation around at least 1 axis, while simultaneously heating mold in drying chamber at temperature sufficient for fusion of polymer composition and its distribution at mold walls; c) cooling of mould; and d) opening of mould for removal of produced as result product, result of which is polymer hollow item.EFFECT: application of polymer-stabilising amount of process system of stabilisers improves (reduces) cycle duration of action on polymer compositions during rotor forming, with simultaneous expansion of technological window in process.33 cl, 3 dwg, 3 tbl |
