APPARATUS FOR CAST-IN-PLACE PILE CONSTRUCTION WITH SEPARABLE INJECTION PIPE OF CONCRETE AND AIR AND METHOD THEREOF

A cast-in-place pile construction method using a cast-in-place pile construction device for injecting concrete and air separately is provided to construct a cast-in-place pile securely and efficiently by restricting a hollow of a screw shaft from being blocked in injecting concrete. A concrete injection hose(311) and an air injection hose(312) are installed to a screw driving device(300) boring a ground(200) by turning an auger screw(400). Air is injected to a hole by using the air injection hose to restrict a screw shaft(420) from being closed by earth and sand in boring, and concrete is injected to the hole through the concrete injection hose. A Y-shaped branch injection apparatus(310) is installed in the upper part of the screw driving device, and opening units(313,314) are mounted in the concrete injection hose and the air injection hose to inject air or concrete to the hole. Concrete or air from the concrete or air injection hose is injected through a rotary joint(320) and a joint pipe(330) to a hollow of the screw shaft.
