FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of informing a driver on conditions of forthcoming overtaking. Method involves that ahead vehicle speed is determined and compared with the speed of the vehicle controlled by the driver, duration of overtaking is estimated and/or calculated and displayed to the driver directly.
