Disclosed is a negative voltage signal generation circuit. A first thin film transistor switch is connected to a first grounded end and a control signal generation unit. A second thin film transistor switch is connected to the first thin film transistor switch, the control signal generation unit, and a negative voltage signal output end. A first capacitor is connected to the first thin film transistor switch, the second thin film transistor switch and the control signal generation unit. The present invention can improve the stability of a negative voltage signal generation circuit. |
