PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaporator which suppresses temperature rise of the air during the period in which an intermittent operation of a compressor is performed, and which can suppress the temperature rise of the air even after shifting to an idle stop state.SOLUTION: An evaporator 10 includes a plurality of cold storage mechanisms 500 for lowering the temperature of cold storage materials (513, 523) stored inside cold storage containers (511, 521) by heat exchange with a refrigerant. The plurality of cold storage mechanisms include: a first cold storage mechanism 510; and a second cold storage mechanism 520 whose heat storing and radiating performance is higher than that of the first cold storage mechanism. Thereby, the temperature rise of the air while an intermittent operation of a compressor is performed is suppressed, and the temperature rise of the air even after shifting to an idle stop state can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
