<p>A method of inducing differentiation from a bone marrow stromal cell to a skeletal muscle cell effectively, simply and reproducibly, comprising the steps of :(a) adding one or more substances selected from the group consisting of a cyclic AMP elevation functioning agent, a cyclic AMP analogue and a cell differentiation survival functioning factor to a culture of a bone marrow stromal cell (note that the bone marrow stromal cell is not treated with a demethylating agent) and performing cultivation; (b) obtaining a myoblast culture by introducing Notch gene and/or a Notch signaling related gene into the cell obtained in the step (a) and performing cultivation (note that the cultivation does not include co-cultivation of a cell into which a gene has been introduced and a cell into which a gene has not been introduced); and (c) adding a Notch ligand to the myoblast culture obtained in the step (b) and performing cultivation.</p> |
