It comprises a body (10) which includes a bore communicating with the outside, a pipe (21) immersed in the liquid, a piston (25) which can move in the bore and which defines, with the latter, a variable-size compartment (11), conduits for the inlet (16) and outlet (12) of the liquid, a non-return valve (18) for controlling the flow, a mechanism for moving the piston in the bore, an orifice (15) communicating with the outlet conduit (12) in order to enable the liquid to pass towards the outside and a means (33) for aerating the container. The latter extends through the body (10a) and communicates, at one of its ends (33a), with its bore (11). A seal (30, 31, 32) makes it possible, by the aeration means (33), to communicate freely with the outside when the piston (25a) is in the working position and when the piston (25a) is in the rest position, the said seal preventing it from communicating with the outside. <IMAGE>
