PURPOSE:To form a local pressure resisting area by forming an airtight area by using a gas or liquid enclosing tube to the inner surface of a pipeline and pressurizing the area for performing a hydraulic test. CONSTITUTION:This device is constituted of a diffusion preventive plate 9, expansion type blocking body 1, expanding agent injecting nozzle 3, connecting rod 10, pressurizing nozzle 2, and blocking plate 4. The plate 9 is vapor- deposited to the blocking body 1 and sets a pressure resisting area forming position and the position of the body 1 in the axial direction of a pipeline. The plate 9 also prevents scattering of broken pieces of the body 1 into the pipeline when the body 1 is broken. The blocking body 1 forms the pressure resisting area when the body 1 is brought into contact with the pipeline with a prescribed pressure. The nozzle 3 can inject an expanding agent into the pressure resisting area from the outside and the connecting rod 10 connects the plate 9 with the blocking plate 4. The extent of the pressure resisting area in the axial direction of the pipeline can be controlled by changing the length of the rod 10. |
