PURPOSE:To decrease man-hours required for, inspection to make decision making accurate, and to enable the testing device to be shared by checking whether or not an information processor to be measured correctly controls input/output simulation. CONSTITUTION:A test is automatically conducted by test programs 45 and 46 and the test program 46 decides the test and sends the test result as a signal to the test program 45. Lastly, the test program 45 receives the test result and performs test end processing for a display on a display unit 28, printing on a printer 32, and recording on a magnetic recording device 26 so as to inform an inspector of the test result. Then the test program 45 returns to a test item selecting process. The test program 46, on the other hand, returns to a test item reception expectation state. Thus, the processor 33 is tested by using the processor 21, a communication equipment 41, and input/output simulators 42 - 44. |
