EXAMPLE:(S)-1-Bromo-2-((S)-tert-butoxycarbonylphenylalanyl) aminopropane. USE:An agricultural and horticultural chemical, etc. PREPARATION:For example, a compound expressed by the formula (X is OH) is used as a raw material, halogenated with carbon tetrabromide and triphenylphosphine, then allowed to react with thioacetic acid in a suitable solvent and thioated.
