<p>PURPOSE: To make a drive arrangement to be surely actuated by moving the key bolt, etc., of a lock out of the open position into the closing position, and vice versa by means of two controllable electric motors, and at the same time, connecting the key bolt with the motors via worms provided with braking mechanisms. CONSTITUTION: Worms 3 are attached to two electric motors 15, which can be respectively controlled for normal and reverse rotations, individual or joint driving, etc., through braking devices 11 and 12, at the same time, the worms 3 are connected to a worm wheel 4 connected to a key bolt 1. The motors 15 are driven, in such a way that when one of the motors 15 goes out of order, the key bolt 1 is driven by means of the other motor 15, and the motors 15 are respectively used for forward rotation and counter rotation. In addition, at increasing of the distance of the reciprocating motions of the key bolt 1, the bolt 1 is driven by means of one motor 15 to the midpoint of the moving distance and by means of the other motor 15 thereafter. When the key bolt 1 is forcibly pushed back by a burglar, etc., the bolt 1 is locked by means of the braking devices 11 and 12. Therefore, the surety of actuation of a security system can be improved, and at the same time, the crime preventing property of the system can be improved.</p> |
