FILM WITH LOW RELATIVE PERMITTIVITY

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a film having a low relative permittivity and excellent in heat resistance and formability by mixing a specific polyimide with a specific polymaleimide. CONSTITUTION:The film comprises a polymaleimide represented by formula III (wherein R is a 2C or higher organic group having a valence of m, which is an integer of 2 or larger) and a polyimide obtained by reacting an acid anhydride represented by formula I [wherein X is -O- or -C(=O)-O- and Ar is an aliphatic or aromatic divalent group] with a compound represented by formula II (wherein Y is amino or NCO and R1 to R4 each is a 1-4C alkyl or alkoxy).
