PURPOSE:To make it possible to form and carry a particle thin film on a solid base while the flatness of the particle thin film is kept and without transferring the particle thin film to other transfer base. CONSTITUTION:After a liq. film 2 is provided on a base 3 for carrying, a particle dispersion liq. 1 is extended on this liq. film 2 without mixing it with the liq. film 2, and then, the particle thin film is formed on the base 3 for carrying by evaporating a dispersion medium and the liq. film 2. |
