PURPOSE:To control a supply amount of fluid to a torque transmission part without having a movable part while following rotation of a fan, when started rotation, can be prevented by providing a relatively simple constitution. CONSTITUTION:A fluid supply control part 14, having a torque transmission part 5 transmitting torque from a drive side shaft part 4 to a fan side shaft part by shearing force of a magnetic fluid 2, fluid circulating flow path 11 circulating the magnetic fluid 2 to the torque transmission part 5, magnetic field applying part 13 impeding a reverse flow of the magnetic fluid 2 to the torque transmission part 5 through the fluid circulating flow path 11 at rotation stop time of the drive side shaft part 4 and a thermosensitive magnetic circuit 8 equipped with a fluid supply port 9 magnetically open/close controlled by detecting a temperature, is provided. |
