PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing plate which has the permeability of ink stabilized for a long time during printing as the screen printing plate for printing of high-fineness patterns and a plate making method therefor. SOLUTION: This printing plate consists of at least a plate frame 6 and a stencil 4. This stencil 4 consists of a silk gauze 10 and a plate film 35 for limiting the printing patterns. In such a case, the plate film 35 consists of a resin material which has solvent resistance, water resistance, oil repellency and water repellency and does not have photosensitiveness. This resin material is formed of a fluorine or silicon based resin, etc., or a blended material composed of these resins and other resins. The screen fabric 10 spread at the plate frame 6 is provided with apertures 40 and non-apertures 30 by a photosensitive resist and only the apertures 40 are closed with the resin material described abode, by which the plate film 35 of the stencil 4 is formed. The photosensitive resist forming the non-apertures 30 is removed. |
