摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rigidly adhere polybutylene terephthalate resin containing no glass fiber to silicone rubber by secondarily injecting to bring into contact with pri mary injection molding in a cavity of a mold heated to a specific temperature range, and thereafter thermosetting it. SOLUTION: Polybutylene terephthalate resin containing no glass fiber is cast in a primary injection unit of a dichroic injection molding machine, and heated to melting temperature or higher of resin to be melted. And, after the melt material is injected from a nozzle 1 into a cavity 4a of a mold heated and held at 130 to 150 deg.C, it is cooled to be cured to form a polybutylene terephthalate resin molding. Then, a mold is opened. A mold piece 3b is rotated at 180 deg., and a cavity for injecting silicone rubber containing the molding is formed. Then, addition reaction type liquid-like silicone rubber composition mixed with siloxane compound is injected. And, it is heated to be cured.
