PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce various models at minimum costs by a method in which the number of tires of each system is divided into lots consisting of a specified number of tires, and the production of a specified lot of unvulcanized tires of a specified system and the production of a lot a system different from it are done alternately. SOLUTION: Tires of various systems are divided into lots in advance. Each lot is made to include the production of one mold per 24 hr. First, the lot of the first system is produced, and tools and a relative control condition are changed to produce the lot of the second system. The production is repeated similarly until a lot of each system is produced, and the production is started again from another lot of the first system. For that purpose, A constitutional element necessary for the produced tire is attached to a distribution device 212, and tools obtained from a receiving position 240 are arranged previously in a production machine 210. In a vulcanization treatment area 300, a mold for providing a prescribed design is attached to work the same unvulcanized tire. |
