PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a fluid pump mechanism into the simple constitution, stabilize differential restricting force by preventing influence of centrifugal force, and respectively and sufficiently increase the differential restricting force and transmission torque without enlarging a device. SOLUTION: These device has a differential mechanism 41 to output rotation of a differential case 3 through side gears 25 and 27, a friction clutch 43 to restrict its differential motion, a cylinder 55 formed in the shaft direction, a thrust piston pump 47 having a thrust piston 57 and a cam 59 to push the piston 57 formed in the side gear 25 in the cylinder 55 and an actuator 45 to press the friction clutch 43 by receiving oil pressure of the pump 47, and the pump 47 and the friction clutch 43 are arranged in the radial direction.
