PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the increase of the facility cost and to improve the convenience for users even in a large scale parking lot having a large number of users by making the parking lot able to reserve leaving or entering/leaving by means of a telephone set. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a reservation accepting device 9 for accepting the reservation of leaving from a call destination by terminating a call to at least one communication terminal function of a public telephone network, LAN or extension call network and an operation controller 7 for operating a mechanical parking device 1 on the basis of the leaving control of a reserved vehicle and conveying the reserved vehicle from the parking position of the parking device 1 to a leaving position, the device 9 is provided with a means for registering the driving reservation of leaving of the vehicle under leaving reservation to the device 7 only when parking of the relevant vehicle is confirmed and the device 7 is provided with a means for storing information peculiar for each of vehicle under parking in the device 1 and the registered information of the driving reservation in a managing table so as to freely rewrite this information, a means for reporting the discriminated result of whether the vehicle under leaving reservation is parked or not to the device 9, and a means for operating the device 1 according to leaving control based on the registered information of the operating reservation in the managing table.
