FIELD: methods for making cards with an inbuilt microchip. ^ SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, two-interface chip card contains a crystal built into main board (COB), having two antenna electrodes positioned on it, a layer with thermo-glue having two apertures, opening antenna electrodes, central aperture, meant for installation of COB into it, antenna layer, having a second aperture, while the size of second aperture is less than COB, and an antenna formed in antenna layer, main layer, having third aperture, meant for installation of a crystal in it, and for gluing a layer with thermo-glue, where size of third aperture equals the size of the crystal. Template of two-interface chip card except aforementioned elements contains first covering layer, superposed over main layer, and second covering layer, positioned below antenna layer and having one more aperture, size of which equals size of second aperture in antenna layer. Methods describe processes of manufacture of aforementioned template and two-interface chip card. ^ EFFECT: increased strength of layer connection, reduced gap between apertures and layers stacked on a board. ^ 10 cl, 11 dwg |
