PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a driving source for both of loading and feeding mechanisms by utilizing the reverse direction rotation of a spindle motor, which is not conventionally used. SOLUTION: A motor 110 used for both loading and feeding is disposed between a loading gear train 113 and a feeding gear train 111, and a mode switching gear 112 is connected to a mode switching arm 114. A spindle cam is fixed to the rotary shaft of the spindle motor, a spindle lever 116 abutted on the cam groove thereof is brought close to or separated from the rotary shaft by the forward/backward rotation of the spindle motor, and the mode switching arm 114 is swung in association with the movement thereof. On a set mode, the mode switching gear 112 is engaged with the loading gear train 113 by reverse-rotating the spindle motor temporarily, and engaged with the feeding gear train 111 by the forward rotation of the spindle motor to realize a feeding mode.
