<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device which can be driven with a low volt age, and its drive method. SOLUTION: There are provided on a substrate first capacities 10 which are arranged into a matrix form, having rows and columns and each of which has a first electrode 12 and a second electrode 16 which faces the first electrode 12 with a first dielectric layer 14 between them, second capacities 20, which are provided by at least rows or columns and each of which has a third electrode 22 electrically connected to the first electrode 12 and a fourth electrode 26 which faces the third electrode 22 with a second dielectric layer 24 between them; a first wiring 2 which turns on/off the electrical connection between the first electrodes 12 and the third electrodes 22, by first switching elements 30; a second wiring 4 which is electrically connected to the second electrodes 16 at least temporarily; a third wiring 6 which controls to turn on/off the electrical connection to the fourth electrodes 26 by second switching elements 40; and a fourth wiring 8, which turns on/off electric connection to the fourth electrodes 26 by third switching elements 50 are provided on a substrate.</p> |
