FLUID PRESSURE ACTUATOR HAVING CYLINDER, PISTON, AND FLOWING PATH IN WHICH OPENING PART IS FORMED

PURPOSE: A fluid pressure actuator is provided to remarkably increase the speed of the fluid pressure actuator by removing the obstacles of increase of the speed of the fluid pressure actuator caused by characteristics of the fluid pressure actuator. CONSTITUTION: A fluid pressure actuator(100) has a cylinder(110); a piston(103) arranged in the cylinder in a slidable state; and a flowing path(121) for introducing a fluid to the cylinder. An opening part, opening in a space substantially opened in the upper stream side than the cylinder, is formed to the flowing path. The fluid pressure actuator has an opening and shutting unit(106) at least partially opening and shutting a discharge path(122) formed to the opening part or the end of the opening part. The fluid pressure actuator operates the piston by changing the inner pressure of the cylinder communicating with the flowing path by the opening and shutting action of the opening and shutting unit in a state of keeping the flowing path in a flowable state and continuously applying the pressure of the fluid to the flowing path.
