PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a driver to securely travel a change point of recommended speed at recommended speed and easily recognize a change in presentation information. SOLUTION: An information presentation content control part determines a content of information presented to the driver based on necessary deceleration to a specified point. An information presentation device presents information that the information presentation content control part determines. The information presentation content control part changes a display method at display start time and display switching time in accordance with a travel situation.
