PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device manufacturing device capable of realizing the reduction of the number of members. SOLUTION: The manufacturing device 1 has an adjusting part main body 2 including a six-axis position adjusting unit 22 functioning as a position adjusting part for an optical modulation device, a clamp tool 23 functioning as an installation base on which an optical unit 400 is supported and fixed and a turning device 26, and a projection part main body 3. The turning device 26 has a clamp tool turning device for turning the clamp tool 23 in the direction of the display surface of a screen member 312, and a six-axis position adjusting unit turning device turning the unit 22 in the direction of the display surface of the screen member 312. The projection part main body 3 has a unit 31 including the screen member 312 and a CCD camera 311, a moving device 32 for moving the unit 31, and a plurality of handles 35 for driving the moving device 32.
