PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multibeam scanner capable of preventing the scanning deviation of a plurality of beams without using a beam splitter, and to provide an image forming device provided with the multibeam scanner. SOLUTION: The beams L<SB>a</SB>-L<SB>c</SB>emitted from three laser emission parts (LD) 24a-24c pass through collimator lenses 31a-31c, beam splitters 25a, 25b, a planar mirror 26 and a cylindrical lens 32 and is imaged on a deflection surface 33a of a polygon mirror 33 as line images. Further, incident angle of the main scanning direction to the deflection surface 33a is different at every beams L<SB>a</SB>-L<SB>c</SB>. The polygon mirror 33 rotates at a constant rate in the arrow B direction and the respective beams L<SB>a</SB>-L<SB>c</SB>deflected by the deflection surface 33a are made incident to a scanning lens 34 while moving to the arrow C direction. Therein, when the respective beams L<SB>a</SB>-L<SB>c</SB>are made incident to the optical axis direction of the scanning lens 34, the beams L<SB>a</SB>-L<SB>c</SB>are deflected so that the optical axes of the respective beams L<SB>a</SB>-L<SB>c</SB>are superposed on the optical axis O of the scanning lens 34 in the main scanning direction.
