<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production process of an agglomerate suitable for the production of a medicament. <P>SOLUTION: The production process of the agglomerate comprises the following steps (a) to (c): (a) a step for providing at least particles of one first material, and particles of one solid binder, wherein, at least one of the first material and the solid binder has a prescribed amount of a convertable amorphous content which can be converted to a crystal form when exposed to previously selected stimulation, and the convertable amorphous content is provided in an amount sufficient for enabling the formation of the agglomerate; (b) a step for keeping the prescribed amount of the convertable amorphous content while agglomerating the particles of the first material and the solid binder; and thereafter (c) a step for converting the convertable amorphous content to the crystal form by exposing the convertable amorphous content in the agglomerate to the previously selected stimulation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
