<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric element and a solar cell, which exhibit power generation properties with high efficiency as to photoelectric conversion technique using an organic film. <P>SOLUTION: A composite layer (11) constituting a photoelectric element (31) comprises a first light collecting film (A1) containing a photosensitizing group for collecting and exciting light energy, a first hole transport film (P1) containing an electron donating group for donating electrons to the photosensitizing group, an (n)th light collecting film (An) containing a photosensitizing group for collecting and exciting photoenergy passed through the (n-1)th light collecting film (An-1), an (n)th hole transport film (Pn) held between the (n)th light collecting film (An) and the (n-1)th light collecting film (An-1) and containing an electron donating group for donating electrons to the excited photosensitizing group, a light collecting film connector (41) for connecting the (n-1)th light collecting film (An-1) and the (n)th light collecting film(An), and a hole transport film connector (42) for connecting the (n-1)th hole transport film (Pn-1) and the (n)th hole transport film (Pn). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
