PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active implantable medical device (AIMD) of a magnetic and electric shielding system which is easy to design, has little occupied space, and cheap. SOLUTION: An AIMD (10) is prepared on a housing (20) and has a magnetic shielding object (28) which blocks off the internal part of the AIMD from a magnetic field produced outside this housing. The magnetic shielding object is formed by using a magnetic absorption coating film which is deposited on the internal surface of the housing. The AIMD lies next to a magnetic actuation type device (52) which is arranged in the internal part of the housing, and has the sector of the housing where the magnetic shielding object is not prepared, that is, a magnetic window (18).
