PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probe having superior transmitting/receiving sensitivity of ultrasonic waves and being simply manufactured. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic probe is provided with a piezoelectric vibrator transmitting/receiving the ultrasonic waves, and an acoustic matching lens 3 disposed on the side transmitting/receiving the ultrasonic waves of the piezoelectric vibrator; and the acoustic matching lens 3 is added with an additive so as to change a content rate as it is gradually separated from the piezoelectric vibrator.
