<p>A method for mass-propagating adventitious root of plant is provided to culture it easily, shorten the culturing time, be safe and provide excellent bio-increasing rate of the adventitious root by using a plant culturing medium containing an extract of bamboo and citrus juice. A method for mass-propagating adventitious root of plant comprises the steps of: (a) mixing an extract of bamboo and citrus juice to prepare a plant culture medium; (b) after sterilizing a plant including saponin and washing it with sterile water more than 3 times, cutting it into fragments having a size of 3-5mm; (c) after explanting the cut fragments in an MS culture medium and leaving it under dark for 7-10 days, inducing callus from the dark-treated fragments at a temperature of 24-28 deg.C for 14-16 hours under 3,000-5,000 lux of light and subculturing the callus at 2-4 weeks intervals to proliferate the callus; (d) inducing adventitious root from the induced callus in an MS culture medium; (e) inoculating the adventitious root into the plant culture medium and then culturing it; and (f) putting well cultured adventitious root into a bio-reactor to mass-propagate it.</p> |
