<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic solvent concentration device which solves a high-cost structure and upsizing of a system, the conventional problem, and enables a considerable simplification, a miniaturization, and a reduction cost of an organic solvent recovery system by increasing a concentration rate. <P>SOLUTION: The device is provided with at least three or more adsorption towers 1 (a-f), in which the number of the adsorption towers 1 (a-f) operating as an adsorption mode circulating a gas containing organic solvent steam to an adsorption inlet path 4-the adsorption towers 1 (a-f)-an adsorption outlet path 7 is more than the number of the adsorption towers 1 (a-f) operating as a desorption mode circulating the gas to a desorption inlet path 8-the adsorption towers 1 (a-f)-a desorption outlet path 5, and a flow of the gas circulating inside the adsorption towers 1 (a-f) operating in the adsorption mode is controlled so as to increase more than the flow of the gas circulating inside the adsorption towers 1 (a-f) operating in the desorption mode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
