<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an FAQ presenting/improving system, an FAQ presenting/improving device, an FAQ presenting/improving method and a program for presenting FAQs to be preferentially improved based on a natural sentence and an action history after searching the natural sentence. <P>SOLUTION: The FAQ presenting/improving system is an FAQ presenting/improving device 20 for accepting a search request from a user terminal via a communication network, and presenting the FAQ to be preferentially added or updated to an administrator based on the natural search sentence and patterns of the action history after the search, and comprises: an FAQ display means 22a for presenting the FAQ according to the request from the user terminal; an FAQ search means 22b for searching corresponding Q&As based on the FAQ search request; an action history acquisition means 22c for storing a reference history of the FAQs in the user terminal based on a search history storage section 21d and an FAQ reference request; and an FAQ update means 22d for presenting and updating the Q&As to be preferentially added or updated from the input natural sentence and the action history after the search. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
