A pharmaceutical composition for treating muscular atrophy and myasthenia gravis is provided to neutralize inhibition of peripheral nerve restoration ability caused from the patient' serum, promote restoration and recovery of damaged peripheral nerve, improve swimming patience and muscular strength, inhibit activity increase of creatin phosphate kinase and protect skeletal muscle function. A pharmaceutical composition for treating muscular atrophy and myasthenia gravis comprises 1-10 parts by weight of ginseng which is extracted from dried root and rhizome of ginseng or Acanthopanax gracilistylus plant and 1-10 parts by weight of Epimedium Koreanum obtained from Aceranthus sagittatus S. et Z., Epimedium sagittatum (Sieb. et Zucc.) Maxim, Epimedium wushanense T.S. Ying or Korean Epimedium herb and is formulated as injection, capsule, pill, tablet or oral solution.
