A latch circuit for blocking a direct current path is provided to block the direct current path flowing from a power supply to the ground when the level of an internal node is set up. At least one latch part(110_1-100_n) includes a first latch inverter inverting an input signal and latches the input signal. At least one current blocking part(150_1-150_n) is connected to the latch part, and blocks a direct current path during transition time of the latch part and the first latch inverter. A control circuit(170) is connected to the current blocking part, and controls the operation of the current blocking part in response to the input signal.
