A method and a device for providing an AD(advertisement) service are provided to increase AD participation while reducing burden of an advertiser and induce participation of the advertisers by fixing an objective AD charge in comparison of the AD effect. A connector(11) transmits and receives data by processing access of the advertisers, AD participators, and AD participation wishers. An AD participator manager(12) registers the user by registering the user requesting registration as the AD participation wisher. An AD controller(13) sets up the AD charge and a winning/reward sum in proportion to the number of AD participators by receiving the number of target AD participators desired from the advertiser if an AD request is received from the advertiser. The AD controller controls AD display and winning/reward by checking whether the number of AD participators performing a mission linked with the AD reaches the number of target AD participators of the AD. An AD provider(14) provides the AD and the linked mission requested from the advertiser by the AD controller. A winner manager(16) pays the set winning/reward sum by selecting winners if the number of AD participators performing a mission linked with the AD reaches the number of target AD participators.
